Our Salesforce experts have many unique methods of monitoring your system and data limits including custom built scripts, which notify us when we need to perform in-depth investigations. For this to work, we do require an active System Administrator user in your Salesforce org.
IT developments in general go at the speed of light and for Salesforce this is no different. Salesforce delivers three major releases per year and numerous smaller releases and fixes in between. At a regular base, outdated functions are being deprecated and require to be modernized.
The advanced package allows you to raise requests for small changes (within the allotted time) at no extra cost. These changes would include new custom fields, reports, dashboards, or a simple change to an automation. We can of course handle bigger requests, but for these we will provide a quote in addition to the package.
