What are the Service Cloud packages?

Within a limited amount of time, and for a fixed price, we set you up with a working Customer Service process on Salesforce. We integrate your customer service email addresses and the Contact form on your website to send Cases directly in to Salesforce where they can be efficiently handled by your service agents.

Do you provide training or support?

CloudBus will train your users so that your organisation will be ready to leverage the full benefits that Salesforce can offer. After delivery we will ensure after care for a period of 4 weeks where we will answer any questions and fix bugs that you discover.

Will you integrate / connect Salesforce with my other systems?

We can certainly set up integrations with your ERP, Finance or any other system where you store Customer information. We have many senior developers available to help with this, but these services are charged extra on top of the package prices above. See our integration page for more details.
